Project enquiries
The enquiry form first prepares your message in your browser. Choosing email or WhatsApp passes it to that application for you to review and send. When direct website sending is available and you choose it, the website sends your contact and project details through Resend to our business inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the submission for automated abuse. A sending confirmation means the email provider accepted the message; it does not guarantee inbox delivery. We do not store a separate enquiry database on this website.
How we use your message
We use the contact and project details you send to respond to your enquiry and discuss the work. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in your initial message.
External services and links
Email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook operate under their own privacy policies. Following an external link or sending a message through those services is subject to their terms. Our hosting provider may process basic request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website.
Cookies and analytics
Fonts and design assets are served with the site. When Google Analytics is enabled, it loads only after you allow it using Analytics preferences. We measure page visits, enquiry preparation and contact actions without sending form values or URL query strings to analytics. Google may process usage information and set analytics cookies. You can decline analytics or withdraw permission using Analytics preferences; the site remains usable. Your preference is stored in this browser. A Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal disables this optional integration. Our hosting provider may separately process request information for security and service operation.
Access and retention
We use enquiry details to respond and discuss the requested work. Access is limited to people handling that conversation and the providers used to deliver it. Contact us to ask about retention, correction or deletion. A project engagement may require separate records and terms. Please do not send passwords or confidential customer data in an initial brief.
