Our services / UI/UX design

UI/UX & product design
for clearer customer journeys.

Interfaces that make sense from the first click. We connect research, structure, and visual detail to make complicated things feel simple.

Make the next step feel obvious

The right work.
For the right reason.

For new products that need a clear direction, or existing experiences where customers keep getting stuck.

What we’re working towards

A coherent, usable design that gives your development team a clear foundation.

What we can help with

Consider the details covered.

  • Audience and product discovery
  • User journeys and wireframes
  • Clickable interaction prototypes
  • Responsive visual designs
  • Reusable components and developer handoff

We’ll agree the scope, deliverables, and timing with you before work begins.

Find the decision that needs to become easier

We begin with your audiences, tasks and available evidence. Customer questions, support tickets and existing analytics can reveal where people get stuck. Where direct user research is needed, we agree participant recruitment and research scope before work begins.

Make the structure visible

User flows and wireframes describe how someone moves through the product before visual details are polished. A prototype helps your team review navigation, content hierarchy and important error states. It also exposes questions about product behaviour while changes are still easier to make.

Design across screens and input methods

Layouts need readable text, useful touch targets and visible keyboard focus. We consider loading, empty and error states alongside the ideal screen. Motion should help explain an interaction and have a reduced-motion alternative; it should never be the only way to understand a task.

Deliver a usable handoff

The agreed deliverables can include responsive screens, component states, a prototype and implementation notes. Development, copywriting and ongoing user testing are separate unless included. We define review rounds and decision owners early so feedback can be resolved without losing sight of the user’s goal.

Planning this service

Questions worth asking.

Can you redesign an existing product?

Yes. We review important tasks, existing screens and available user evidence before prioritising changes. The goal is to preserve what works and address the points of friction.

Does a design project include development?

Only when the proposal includes it. A design engagement can end with an agreed prototype and developer handoff, or continue into a separately defined implementation.

How do you validate the design?

Validation can include task walkthroughs, usability sessions and accessibility checks. The methods and participant arrangements depend on the agreed project scope.
